Refund policy

Applicable for online and in-store purchases. Separate cancellation policy is applicable to our catering branch. 

We understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of orders. However, as a small business, we rely on the timely fulfillment of orders to maintain our operations efficiently. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Window: Customers must provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

  2. No Same-Day Cancellations: We regret that we are unable to accommodate same-day cancellations. Any cancellation requests made on the day of delivery or pickup will not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Cancellation Process: Customers can request cancellations by contacting us via phone or email to hello@yayayumboards.com. Cancellation requests must include the order number and the reason for cancellation.

  4. Refund Policy: Cancellations made within the specified time frame will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  5. Exceptions: In case of extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.

  6. Changes to Orders: Customers may request changes to their orders (such as rescheduling or modifying the order details) within the cancellation window. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests, depending on availability and feasibility.

  7. Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to this cancellation policy may result in forfeiture of refunds or deposits and may impact future orders with us.

By placing an order with YaYaYum Boards, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.

YaYaYum Boards reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
